• Erstaufführung als zweite Kantate am 13. Sonntag nach Trinitatis 1787 in St. Nikolai in Hamburg. Einziger Beleg hierfür ist der Titelumschlag des originalen Stimmensatzes von → BR-CPEB Fp 24.1 (D-B Mus. ms. Bach St 167): „87, 2, 13 Tr. (1) Chor: H. höre meine Worte etc. (2) das Rec. Noch leb ich etc (3) Chor: der Gerechte etc (4) Choral: Bewafnet
  euch etc“.
