Die autographe Partitur entstand im Zusammenhang mit der Revision 1743. Die darin enthaltenen Korrekturen und Revisionen stammen vermutlich aus Bachs späterer Berliner Zeit.

Im Konvolutband der Sammlung Poelchau mit insgesamt 7 Cembalokonzerten C. P. E. Bachs.
