• Die Erstaufführung fand am 23. Februar 1725 in Weißenfels, zum Geburtstag von Herzog Christian von Sachsen-Weißenfels , wohl unter Mitwirkung von Anna Magdalena Bach statt. Die Musik ist verschollen, aber für Satz 1-3, 5, 7, 9 und 11 aus BWV 249.3 zu erschließen. Satz 1-2 gehen vermutlich auf ein verschollenes Instrumentalkonzert zurück. Die Wiederaufführung dieser Sätze erfolgte durch Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach mit dem Collegium musicum in Frankfurt/Oder.
