vor dem 27. Februar 1713
First performance on February 27, 1713, in Weißenfels, belatedly for the birthday of Duke Christian of Saxony-Weißenfels (nach gehaltener Kampf-Jagd im fürstlichen Jäger-Hofe bei einer Tafel-Musik [following a held battle-hunt at the princely hunter’s court during a table music], see Franck 1716). Subsequent performance between 1713-1716 for the birthday of Duke Ernst August of Saxony-Weimar (autograph corrections in the score: Christian is changed to Ernst August). Movement 7 and 13 are later parodied in BWV 68/4 and 2, while Movement 15 is used in both the opening chorus of BWV 149 as well as in BWV 1141/7. A likely introductory Sinfonia preceded Recitative No. 1 (compare with BWV 1046.1) - Early performances
