Auf der Innenseite des Umschlags findet sich eine frühere originale Titelaufschrift der Sonatina E-Dur Wq 100 / H 455: "E dur | Sonatina VII | a | Cembalo conc. | 2 Corni | 2 Flauti | 2 Violini | Viola | e | Basso | di C. P. E. Bach. | NB ist wenig bekannt." Offensichtlich befand sich das Stimmenmaterial des Werkes zeitweise in diesem Umschlag.
