Gruppe 1: S, A, T, B, Corno/"Trombona" [die letztere Bezeichnung ist ein autographer Nachtrag, der sich auf die Mitwirkung der Trombone im 1. Satz bei einer Wiederaufführung um 1746/1747 bezieht], Flauto piccolo/Flauto traverso, Oboe I, Oboe II, Violine I, Violine II, Viola, Basso continuo (beziffert), Basso continuo;
Gruppe 2: Violino piccolo (transponiert nach D-Dur, vermutlich für die Wiederaufführung 1734 als Ersatz für Flauto piccolo/Flauto traverso).
Die Dubletten und eine transponierte Orgelstimme sind verschollen.
