Foreign/later entries                On top of f. 1r of the Violino I-part there is the title: "Ricercar a 6 (hier in Emoll!) / /2 Violinen, 2 Violen 2 Violoncellos) / a.d. Musikalischen Opfer /v. J. S. Bach";
on top of f. 1r of the Violoncello II-part: "Fuga par J. S. Bach; / en Sextuor, / pour 2 Violons, 2 Alto et 2 Violoncelles." (with pencil); below that (other scribe): "a. d. Musikalischen Opfer"
Condition of source well (solely the paper of the Violoncello II-part has darkened and it is ripped on the edges)
Provenance ? - Berlin, Königliches Institut für Kirchenmusik - Moskau - Staatsbibliothek "Unter den Linden" - Berlin, Universität der Künste (früher Staatliche Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst), library
Remarks The Violoncello II-part presumably was seperated from the other parts (because of the extra title and the worse condition of the part).
